Mr. and Mrs. Hopkins were wed in the beautiful Helen Cuddy Rose Garden at Antioch Park in Shawnee Mission, KS over the weekend. The bride's stepfather provided music at the ceremony and his band also played (very very well) at the reception. Fun was had by all, especially the couple's three boys :)
Emily and Dustin had a wonderful wedding in Kansas City, and even though it was raining, we still found some amazing inside locations at the Crown Center to use.
The chapel at Powell Gardens was the perfect setting for this international couple. James and Allison got married on 10/10, and they were surrounded by friends and family from here and abroad (Allison is English). With a little help from both mums and her sisters, Allison got ready and looked just lovely. It was COLD, bless their hearts, and their ceremony was at 8pm, so coats were a must! Since the Bride and Groom didn't want to see each other before the ceremony, we did the Duet images the next morning, which was still cold, but at least there was light :) Congrats to the happy couple and the new family they have created!
Renee & Joshua Goetting were married in Assumption Chapel in St. Marys, Ks and then we headed to the reception at Great Overland Station in Topeka, KS. The bride looked lovely, and as for the groom, well I always say you can't beat a man in uniform. The sword arch was by far my favorite part! Military weddings are so pretty, I love the formality of their dress uniforms. Renee wore a full lace gown, with a bodice piece for the ceremony and a full cathedral length veil with lace edging, just divine! It was really fun, and Amy and I really got to play with the Office and a Gentlemen theme :)

Renee and Josh got married last Saturday, they are the couple whose engagement outfits were 40's inspired. I am working on the blog post for their wedding, but I am excited to now be able to share some of Renee's Bridal Portrait images.
